Putting Your Personal Passion
Into Your Mission
DeDe Flounlacker will discuss her experiences as the new Executive Director of the
Manna Food Bank and how she re-energized the organization's fundraising activities. 
Under her leadership, Manna's most recent "Fill the Mayflower" drive was the most
successful in its history through continued strong board support and the successful
solicitation of several major new corporate donors.  She will also update the group
on Manna's mission and upcoming new initiatives.

Speaker Bio
Charles Snyder has been in prospect research since 1996, most recently as the Director of Prospect Research for St. Mary's College of California. He has presented at several APRA International Conferences and been a contributing writer and guest editor for APRA's Connections as well as a contributing writer for PRO's IWAVE.

Based on his experience at UWF, Baptist Health Care and the Gulf Coast Exploreum Science Center, Brett outlined tried and true tactics for success. He discussed important steps in building relationships and how to keep support over time.

Dr. Kyle Marrero, Vice President for University Advancement at UWF and Artistic Director at the Pensacola Opera.

Presented: Top 10 Lessons Learned
Dr. Marrero shared his "Top 10 Lessons Learned" from his fundraising experience with both organizations. Dr. Marrero just wrapped up a $35 million campaign at the university.
In addition, as Artistic Director of Pensacola Opera, Marrero has led the company
tripling its annual budget and doubling its patronage in eight years.
His presentation will include successes and lessons learned. Attendees will walk away
with practical tips for all levels of fundraising success.
